Position: Sales lead  
JD: To lead India sales for Annvika BPO across various verticals and service lines.
Location: New Delhi/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai

Mission Critical:
Candidate description: Candidate will have successfully sold BPO services in India in a leadership position. The candidate will be comfortable in working with people at a senior level both within Annvika and in the outside world. Candidate should ideally have the feet on the street experience with BPO, across a variety of roles - in order to have an appreciation of how domestic BPO operates. Candidate should have 7-8 years of overall cross domain experience with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidate will preferably have a background in the key target verticals of Telecom and/or BFSI, with a sound working knowledge of the operations in these sectors. Person will need to be self driven to open opportunities and win business for Annvika. The person would report to the Director

Minimum Qualifications:
1) Bachelors qualifications
2) Speaks English and Hindi fluently
3) Able to read and write English
4) Leadership / Sales leadership position in India BPO
5) Experience - Overall 7-8 years, preferred in Banking / Telecom, 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in BPO business / sales.
6) Knowledge of BPO - Ops, Sales, Solutioning

Plus points for the candidate:
1) Relevant Post graduate qualifications (MBA, CA, or any other relevant.) 
2) Knowledge of the key industry persons with networks across domestic clients
3) Person with both IT and BPO experience would definitely be a plus

- Outbound Telemarketing Process

Responsibility: To Generate Revenue from Telemarketing activity on a Monthly Basis.

Education: - HSC or Diploma for 2 years. Pursuing Graduation or a Graduate of any stream will be added advantage.

Language: Fluency in Hindi & Good Understanding of English, Should be able to reciprocate in English

Writing:English for capturing information on an Online CRM Application for each transaction/conversation with prospects.

Internet Surfing: Should have basic understanding of internet & should be able to surf through various search engines. Good typing Speed.

Convincing/Communication Skills: Able to ask questions and acknowledge answers. Patience in listening and Convince with appropriate answers. Impromptu with Closed & Open ended Questions related to pitching the product/Service.

Willingness to adapt & Hunger to Prosper:  Body language should showcase interest in Learning & taking feedbacks for self improvement, Willingness to grow and adapt.

Experience:- Good Performance track record in a reputed BPO will be an added advantage.

Position:- Quality Assurance Officer

Monitoring the call as per Call Quality Parameters

  • Should work on the Sales Booking Call Audits & Enquiry Call Audits. Should high-light the errors & work with the team members to reduce the same
  • Ability to take on call calibration sessions with Agents, Quality Team & Operations/ Sales team
  • Ability to identify the gap between ‘As Is’ and ‘Desired’ in process/s
  • Taking quality sessions

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with at least 6 months handling Call Quality monitoring as in a sales voice process
